Swiss Ball Product Recommendation

Everyone’s seen the swiss ball and probably have used one to some degree.  While there are many swiss balls on the market, they are not all created equal.  I recommend using a ball such as the Sissel Swiss Ball Pro.  It is a thicker and more sturdy ball, ideal for pretty much all exercises that can be performed with it.  The Swiss Ball Pro provides great support and allows you to safely perform dumbbell exercises with it.

Steer clear of the flimsy, light-weight ball.  They usually provide poor support for bodyweight, and especially dumbbell, exercises.

I must admit, I’m a bit of a swiss ball “snob.”  I do not like or appreciate flimsy, poorly constructed balls.  While the Sissel Swiss Ball Pro is a little more expensive, it is well worth the price.

Thigh Training for Women: Multi-Directional Lunge

Thighs (particularly inner/outer) are an area women like to concentrate their efforts.  However, this is usually accomplished by spending way too much time on the adductor/abductor machine.  To make better use of your time and provide a better overall stimulus to the thighs, give the Multi-Directional Lunge a try!
