Golf is like any other sport in that it requires a high level of conditioning in order to meet the physical demands of the sport.   Without proper conditioning, an individual cannot expect to perform at a high level and maintain that level of play throughout the duration of the game.  Proper conditioning is essential to maximize performance and reduce costly injuries.
