This week I slipped a little in my eating and ate out two times. I don’t eat out hardly at all anymore, but for some reason I was just really craving some food that isn’t really healthy. With that said, I still had an ok week and lost three more pounds.
I found a great new way to exercise when Im visiting my family by push-mowing the grass. I didn’t do the whole yard, just the front, but 45 minutes of push-mowing grass was a great way to get exercise in and help my family out at the same time.
I found the town park in Strasburg over the weekend and a new, refreshing place to walk and hang out. They have a walking trail along the river. After walking the trail I waded in the river and it was really nice.
