This week wasn’t much more productive than last. It’s the same old song and dance with the weight. It seems every week I go up then the next week I come down. I was looking at my food/exercise journal from the summer and I realize that I was doing a lot of walking and that really got my heart pumping. I need to get myself in gear and do way more cardio than I have in the last two months or this weight is not going to come off. I still have four weeks until Christmas. Maybe I can lose ten pounds by then. I’m going to really try! I’ve got to get focused and not let anything (or anyone for that matter) get in my way. I’m doing this for me and I’ve come too far to ever go back!
