Another week down. I slipped a little with my eating. I ate at McDonalds for the first time in what feels like forever and my body did not like it! I won’t be doing that again anytime soon that’s for sure.
I don’t know if it’s the change of the seasons and the fact that its getting dark super early now or what’s going on, but I’m starting to lose my motivation in exercising and eating right. Living a healthy livestyle is harder than I thought. Everyday is a struggle for me. I hear about people who lose a lot of weight and I wonder, what keeps them motivated? One of my greatest fears is that I will lose motivation all together and gain weight.
