Week 35: A Little More Motivated

Well, I managed to make it through Thanksgiving with out gaining any weight. I did however eat too much and I have to say, I enjoyed it. I walked some of it off so thats a little bit of a balance.

I’m starting to get motivated again which is a terrific thing since it had slowed down a bit in the last month or so.  I’m still learning that I can sometimes eat things that aren’t necessarily  good for me but just in moderation and controlled portions. It’s a daily process that I know will be worth it in the end if I just keep trying.
