This week I got moving more than I have been in a while. I took a couple of walks. But on the other side of that, when looking at what I ate, I seemed to have eaten a lot of pork, which I know probably isn’t good for me, and a lot of potatoes. I haven’t eaten that many potatoes in a long time. They are filling but they also seem to slow you down, especially if your not exercising.
This next week my goal is to walk at least 3 times and do my stairs at least two times. I NEED to lose some more weight!
