Finally!! I lost five pounds. I was really starting to think that I wasnt going to be able to lose anymore weight especially since I struggled a bit this week with eating. I think I’m addicted to chinese food. I love it.
I also got moving this week more than I have been in the last month or so. I took some short walks at work and did a few sets of stairs. I feel like I didn’t really do that much and lost five pounds. If I can work harder on my diet and get my heart pumping just a little more, than maybe, just maybe I will make the 300lb mark by 2010!
