Week 41: Getting Back to Work

The new year is here and I think I’ve been able to get myself back on track. I lost three of the ten pounds I gained over the holidays, so that is a plus. I am also determined to surround myself with only positive supportive individuals. Unfortunately this means cutting out some people that I really care about, but I need to be selfish when it comes to my health. I think also that I need to reevaluate my portions because they might have been too much.
