This week I tried really hard to exercise more and I think I did an okay job. Unfortunately, I didn’t lose a single pound! I was upset at first when I looked down at the scale, I thought, I would at least loose maybe two. I didn’t eat fabulous but I did as best I could with what I had until payday. That’s one thing that really sucks about changing your lifestyle and eating better is the food that is good for you, seems to be more expensive. So, yes I was sad when I didn’t loose anything this week, I cried for a min, (literally) then I moved on. Spring will soon be here and I will be able to get outside more as it warms up. I did get a chance to take a walk this weekend. I think one day it got to 60 degrees. It felt good to get out and walk around town again.
