Ok, so last week I had oral surgery and let me tell you what…recovery has been slow and very painful. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was in excruciating pain every day and waking up in the middle of the night every night with a painful swollen face didn’t give me much sleep or energy to do anything.
I worked out with my trainers last week twice, but I could only manage to walk on my own once this week. On the plus side of all this? I did manage to lose two more pounds! I’m looking forward to a great week!

November 3rd, 2009
This week was bitter sweet. I finally lost 2 pounds, but I didn’t exercise very much. I had my wisdom tooth pulled and it hurt so bad I didn’t feel like doing anything. I did walk a little but I didn’t do much of anything else this week. I know I will be feeling it next week.

This week went by fast. It’s starting to get darker sooner and a lot cooler too. I still havent lost any weight. I’ve started taking fish oil which is doing good at being an appetite suppressant for me. But I’m honestly starting to get really down about not losing more weight. I just need to remember that it happens sometimes and not get stuck in that mood. If I do I might start emotional eating like I used to and all of my hard work will be for nothing.

Fall weather is definitely here and just as I had to tolerate being outside walking in the heat this summer so will I have to learn to just bundle up and try to move faster in the cold. I only lost one pound this week. I will say I am a little disappointed, but I’m not giving up!
The holidays are fast approaching and they will be a challenge for me when it comes to eating, but I am going to try my hardest to eat healthy and not only healthy but be mindful when eating.

October 13th, 2009
This week I finally got back on track. It had been two weeks since I last worked out and my body could definitely tell. I’ve been given some exercise to do on my own. It’s hard without having someone there to monitor me, but I’m going to do my best. I’m trying to get my friends to do some with me, but that hasn’t worked out so good.
I didn’t weigh myself this week because I was out of town, so I’m not sure if I lost any weight. Next we will see if being back on track and the extra exercise helped out.
